• Air Conditioning: Beat the Gambian heat with in-room air conditioning for just               UK£5.00 / Euro7.00 per night.

• Back-up Power (6pm-12pm): Ensure peace of mind during potential evening power outages with our back-up power option for UK£2.50 / Euro3.00 per night.

Convenient Check-In/Out Times:

• Arrive at your leisure! Check-in is available from 2:00 pm up until midnight.

• Sleep in a bit before your departure. Check-out is by 11:00 am.

 

A Comfortable and Smoke-Free Environment:

• Our studio apartment is designed for your comfort and relaxation.

• We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking in the room

 

Paying for Your Stay:

• We only accept cash (USD, GBP, or EUR) - no credit cards.

• Full payment is required upfront, before you check in.

 

Booking in Advance:

• To hold your reservation, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit.

 

Cancellation Policy:

• We cannot offer refunds once you check in.

• If you cancel at least one week before your arrival, you can get up to 50% refund on the full payment made in advance.

• No-shows (guests who don't arrive and fail to inform us of any changes in arrival time/date) will not be refunded.

• Check-in is between 2:00 pm and midnight on your arrival day, unless you make other arrangements in advance.
